As you might guess, based on the current demand in the market, the most populated areas are those that accumulate the highest concentration of new construction, and among these, the Barcelonés area is the most prominent.
Barcelona is the most expensive locality, given that the prices to be paid are higher for a smaller area than average. According to the study conducted, except for the neighborhoods of San Andreu and Sant Martí, all others have experienced an increase in their prices. The most significant increases can be found in Nou Barris. In this area, the square meter is valued at 3,939 euros, which represents a price increase of 43.6%. Other of the more expensive areas is the distinguished district of Les Corts. The square meter in this quiet area is valued at 7,984 euros, which implies that its value has increased by 27%. Finally, we must talk about one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. Although we must clarify that its growth has been much lower than the previous ones and has only increased by 6.7%, the average price per square meter is 9,083 euros.
